The Stoveman 24 Heavy (13110310) is a top-tier wood-burning sauna stove engineered for large steam rooms of 16 to 24 m³, where sustained power, exceptional steam quality, and long-term durability are non-negotiable. Built throughout with 8 mm thick steel on all fire-contact parts, the 24 Heavy is designed to handle intensive daily use in both private and commercial sauna environments.
Six integrated air channels in the outer body drive active convection — air enters through the lower openings, heats rapidly during combustion, and exits upward through a massive stone basket capable of holding up to 190 kg of sauna stones. This creates an ideal, stable microclimate with soft, rich steam and even temperature distribution throughout the room. The handmade 10×20 mm steel mesh cage holds the stones securely, and the glass door allows you to observe the fire during the session.
A removable ash pan simplifies maintenance, and the Stoveman SV1 heat exchanger can be added as an optional upgrade for integrated hot water generation.

What size sauna is the Stoveman 24 Heavy designed for?
The 24 Heavy is rated for sauna rooms of 16 to 24 m³ — making it ideal for larger home saunas, family bathhouses, and commercial sauna facilities where sustained 24 kW output and a large stone load are required.
How does the 6-channel convection system work?
Six air channels built into the outer body draw cool air in at the base, heat it as it passes the 8 mm firebox walls, and direct it upward through the stone mass. This produces faster, more even room heating compared to single-chamber designs.
Can I use this for both humid and dry steam?
Yes. The 190 kg stone capacity lets you dial between steam types — generous water application creates rich, humid steam for a traditional banya experience, while lighter application gives a drier Finnish-style session.
Are stones and flue pipes included?
No — both must be purchased separately. The stove accepts up to 190 kg of sauna-rated stones and requires a 115 mm flue system. We stock both metal and stainless steel chimney pipes in our store.
Can a water heater be added?
Yes. The Stoveman SV1 heat exchanger is compatible and can be retrofitted for integrated hot water during sessions. Sold separately.
Is this stove approved for Germany?
No. The stove carries a CE certificate for European markets but does not hold a BimSchV certificate, which is required for wood-burning appliances in Germany.
