3 Years — Structural Warranty
All sauna cabins and barrels are covered by a 3-year structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
2 Years — Electrical Components
Sauna heaters and electrical controls carry a 2-year parts warranty. Subject to correct installation by a qualified electrician.
1 Year — Accessories & Consumables
Sauna accessories, buckets, ladles, thermometers, and other consumables are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered

- Faulty hinges, doors, or windows (factory defects)

- Items damaged in transit (reported within 24 hours)

- Normal weathering, colour changes, or wood movement
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage from exposure to standing water or poor drainage
- Heaters not installed by a qualified electrician
- General wear and tear on accessories
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
support@thewarmliving.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
We Review
Our team reviews your claim within 2 working days and will advise whether a replacement part, collection, or repair is required.
Resolution
We will arrange replacement parts, a product collection, or a full replacement at no cost to you where the claim is valid.
Keep Your Packaging
Where possible, retain original packaging — this may be required for some claims.
Backed by Manufacturer Warranties
Our warranty is supported by our manufacturer partners. Saunainter — our primary supplier — offer product warranties of up to 5 years on selected products, and we pass those protections directly to you.
Consumer rights under UK law always apply. Our warranty is in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.
