The Harvia 20 Pro (WKPR20M) is a high-performance wood-burning sauna heater from Harvia, crafted for medium-sized saunas of 8 to 20 m³ where powerful, consistent heat, soft steam, and a genuine Finnish sauna experience are the priority. It combines a premium graphite steel body with a polished stainless steel front panel featuring Harvia's signature ventilation line geometry — making it as visually impressive as it is functional.
At the core of its performance is a cast iron top plate, 10 mm thick — one of the thickest in its class — which absorbs, stores, and radiates heat with exceptional durability across years of extreme temperature cycling. The enlarged stone basket holds up to 40 kg of sauna stones with efficient air circulation, ensuring thorough stone heating and rich, full-bodied steam. A cast iron door with glass window lets you observe the fire and maintain the meditative atmosphere of the sauna ritual.
Water heating is available via an optional side or chimney-mounted tank (purchased separately), making this a versatile choice for home and small commercial sauna installations alike.

What size sauna is the Harvia 20 Pro suitable for?
The 20 Pro is rated for sauna rooms of 8 to 20 m³, making it suitable for small home saunas right up to larger private or small commercial steam rooms. Its 18 kW output ensures rapid and thorough heating across this volume range.
Can I add a water tank to the Harvia 20 Pro?
Yes — the 20 Pro supports an optional water tank, mountable either on the side or on the chimney pipe. The tank is purchased separately. This allows you to have hot water available throughout your sauna session.
Are sauna stones included?
No. The stone basket accepts up to 40 kg of sauna-rated stones, which are sold separately. Always use stones specifically approved for wood-burning sauna heaters to prevent cracking and ensure safe steam.
Why is the cast iron top plate notable?
At 10 mm thickness, the top plate on the 20 Pro is among the thickest in its class. Cast iron retains heat exceptionally well and can withstand rapid thermal cycling without warping — extending the working life of the heater significantly.
Are flue and chimney pipes included?
No — flue pipes are not included. You need a 115 mm diameter flue system. We stock both metal smoke pipes and stainless steel chimney systems in our store.
Is the Harvia 20 Pro CE certified?
Harvia heaters are manufactured to meet European quality standards. Please refer to the product documentation and user manual for specific certification details.
