Place the salt orbs on the stand in the heating zone of your sauna — near the heater or on the stones. As the sauna heats up, the orbs will warm and begin releasing negative ions and minerals into the air. No preparation is required. After use, allow the orbs to cool naturally before handling. Wipe clean with a dry cloth if needed — do not rinse with water.
