Where should the steam generator be installed?
The generator must be installed in a dry technical room adjacent to the steam room — not inside the steam room itself. The included corrugated stainless steel pipes connect the generator to the steam nozzles inside the room.
Does this require a 3-phase power supply?
Yes — the 9.5kW model requires a 400V 3N~ supply with a 3×16A fuse and 5×2.5mm² cable. Please ensure your property has a suitable supply before ordering.
Is aromatherapy included in this kit?
Yes — the kit includes a HELO aroma pump and 5L of eucalyptus fragrance. The aroma pump connects directly to the steam system for fully integrated aromatherapy.
