The SAWO Tower Round Ni TH6-105Ni-P is a 10.5 kW floor-standing tower-style electric sauna heater that combines striking visual impact with outstanding steam performance for saunas of 9 to 16 m³. Its tall cylindrical basket of thin steel rods exposes the full stone mass in an open format — when water is thrown, it distributes across the entire heated surface area for thick, comfortable steam rather than a narrow jet.
With a stone capacity of up to 160 kg, the Tower Round delivers an unusually large thermal mass for its footprint, maintaining steady heat output and consistent steam generation throughout extended sessions. This large stone volume also significantly buffers temperature fluctuations, producing the characteristic soft, enveloping warmth that sauna enthusiasts associate with the best stone-loaded heaters.

Installation
- Position the Tower Round heater on a fireproof, level base in the sauna room.
- Maintain minimum safety clearances: 600 mm to the ceiling, 150 mm to side walls.
- Connect to a 400 V 3N~ supply using 5×1.5 or 5×2.5 mm² cable as appropriate. Use a qualified electrician.
- Wire the compatible external control unit per the manufacturer's wiring diagram.
- For bench integration, obtain the optional special flange before installation

Why does a tower-format heater produce better steam?
The tall, open cylindrical basket maximises the surface area of stones exposed to water — when water is poured, it reaches stones at multiple levels rather than just the top layer. This creates a richer, more voluminous steam cloud compared to compact basket-type heaters of similar power.
Is a control unit included?
No — a separate control unit is required. This allows you to choose from a range of compatible systems (Sawo Innova, Sawo Classic, Harvia Xenio CX170, Harvia Griffin, sentiotec PRO) to match the features and complexity needed for your installation.
Can this heater be integrated into the sauna bench?
Yes — the NS series supports bench integration using a special flange (purchased separately), allowing the heater base to be recessed into the bench for a built-in look.
Are sauna stones included?
No — stones (up to 160 kg) are purchased separately. Use only stones rated for electric sauna heaters. The large stone capacity is a key advantage of the tower format.
What is the minimum ceiling height required?
A minimum of 600 mm clearance from the top of the heater to the ceiling is required — notably less than many wall-mounted models. This makes the Tower Round suitable for saunas with lower ceiling heights.
