The STANDARD Sauna Construction Kit (Thermo-Aspen) is a ready-made solution for the quick and clean assembly of a Scandinavian-style steam room. Thermo-aspen undergoes high-temperature treatment without chemicals, making it less absorbent to moisture, geometrically stable and retaining a noble warm shade.
The kit includes a door, modular bench elements, interior structures, lighting, ventilation and branded Tikkurila care products — everything needed for a durable, safe and beautiful steam room. Manufactured by Saunainter, Estonia.

1. Door Glass — Specify your preferred glass colour (grey, bronze or clear) when placing your order.
2. Ventilation — Organise air intake near the heater and exhaust under the ceiling using the Ø100 mm adjustable valve.
3. Electrical — Run the SIHF heat-resistant cable to the lights, observing temperature zones and electrical code requirements.
4. Wood Care — After installation, treat all surfaces with Tikkurila Paraffin Oil. Use Supi Saunapesu for regular hygienic cleaning.
5. Ventilation Gaps — Leave ventilation gaps for natural convection during assembly.
The AD 7x19 door is available in grey, bronze or clear tempered glass. Please specify your preference in the order comments.
Thermo-aspen is heat-treated without chemicals, making it more moisture-resistant, geometrically stable and resin-free. It has low thermal conductivity so surfaces do not burn the skin, and it retains a warm, natural tone without staining.
