Product Features

• WEDI flexible building board. The main element for constructing walls, ceilings, and seats. Its flexible structure allows for the creation of rounded surfaces, vaults, and niches. Completely waterproof and thermally insulating.
• Fixing discs. For securely fastening the boards to the base and frame, ensuring the stability and strength of the structure.
• WEDI 360 elastic adhesive. Used for joining boards and sealing joints, providing a strong bond and water resistance. Resistant to high temperatures and humidity.
• WEDI 610 elastic sealant. Seals all connections and seams, creating a reliable moisture barrier. Elastic and durable — does not crack when heated.

Application (How to build a steam sauna)

1. Prepare the base — clean and level the surface.
2. Install the boards — fix the flexible boards to the walls and ceiling using the fixing discs.
3. Shape the forms — give the boards the desired curvature (arch, dome, seats).
4. Glue the elements — join the boards using WEDI 360 elastic adhesive.
5. Seal the joints — treat the seams with WEDI 610 sealant to create a complete moisture barrier.
6. Check for leaks — ensure all connections are securely sealed.
7. Finish — cover the surfaces with mosaic or tiles according to the project.
