FAQ Cold Plunge
When should I consider changing the water of my cold plunge?
Great question! When it comes to replacing the water, you should consider changing the water every 3-5 days depending on usage, and then make sure to wipe down the interior with a clean cloth, to ensure no debris or buildup is left behind.
Are chemicals necessary in my cold plunge?
No they are not! Our cold plunge systems come with a built in ozone generator, which can effectively kill bacteria and algae in the water, without needing to use chemicals!
How long should my cold plunge sessions be?
Everyone responds to cold plunges differently, but on average, beginners usually have 1-2 minute sessions, whereas veterans or people with high cold tolerances can last from 3-5 minutes.

How do I get running water out to my shower?
The showers can be hooked up to either a hose or full plumbing.
