The Mini Thermowood Hot Tub is a compact 1.3m wooden hot tub for up to 2 people, crafted from high-quality thermo-processed spruce and paired with a sea-water-resistant external aluminium furnace. Supplied fully assembled, it's ready for use within 10 minutes of installing the heater — no electricity required, just wood.
Water circulates naturally by gravity and heats to 38°C in around 2-4 hours, depending on weather. Compact and easy to relocate, it's ideal for smaller gardens, patios or any outdoor space where you want a private soak in any season.

How It Works
Heated entirely by wood, with no electricity consumption. The external furnace design heats faster than an internal one and leaves more usable space inside the barrel. Water circulates by gravity and reaches around 38°C in 2-4 hours, depending on outdoor conditions — a cool soak in summer sun or a hot escape in winter.
Thermo-Treated Wood
Thermo-processed spruce is heated to at least 180°C using a chemical-free steam process, improving form stability, eliminating resin, and increasing durability and rot-resistance — comparable to oak. It's also more weatherproof, darker in tone, and less prone to moisture-related movement than untreated timber.

Built from carefully selected dried spruce with no through-knotholes or cracks, ensuring a watertight seal as the wood swells. The 3mm marine-aluminium furnace offers better thermal conductivity and a longer usable life than thinner stainless-steel alternatives, with all welded seams tested for impermeability.
