The IKI Float is a striking, ring-shaped electric sauna heater designed by renowned Finnish designer Eero Aarnio, evoking the feel of a circle gathered around a campfire. Adjustable surrounding lights let you set the mood, while a powerful 13.8kW output and 160kg stone capacity provide plenty of warmth for large public or private saunas.

Sauna stones are purchased separately. This heater can be supplied without a control unit, or with the IKI UKU Glass Black Wi-Fi controller (heaters up to 18kW, app control via Android/iOS, connectable to lights, unlimited users, door magnet, overheating protection, timer, child safety lock). As this is a made-to-order heater over 12kW, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed.
This heater must be installed by a qualified electrician. If choosing the UKU controller, confirm your Wi-Fi setup in advance, and note that surface mounting requires a separate mounting frame. Load the stones into the open mesh frame before first use.
IKI Kiuas pioneered open-structure sauna heaters, where stones are visible on all sides so water can be thrown across the whole heater body, not just the top. Every IKI heater is hand-crafted in Pieksamäki, Finland, by craftsmen with decades of experience welding stainless steel and black iron.
Inspect the stones periodically and replace any that crack or crumble to keep steam quality consistent, and keep the mesh frame and lighting free of dust.
