The Ember Oven Plus is the largest oven module in the Ember collection — a 120 cm wide, 92 cm tall cabinet purpose-built to house a Fontana wood-fired or gas oven directly on its top platform. The generous width accommodates the oven footprint while leaving ample countertop space on either side for prep, plating, and everything in between.
Below the oven platform, a substantial integrated storage compartment keeps wood, accessories, and essentials neatly out of sight behind soft-close double doors. Self-adjusting feet ensure a level, stable installation on any outdoor surface, and the weather-resistant powder-coated finish — applied inside and out — is built to endure year-round.
Finished on all sides for flexible placement within any kitchen configuration, the Ember Oven Plus is the ideal foundation for a serious wood-fired cooking setup. Available with or without a Neolith countertop upgrade.
