Heat radiates gradually from the centre of the plancha out to the edge, giving you multiple temperature zones on a single cooking surface - perfect for searing, slow cooking, and everything in between, all at once.
The BonBiza Open Rust is made from Corten steel, a weatherproof steel whose dense oxide layer shields the material beneath and slows further oxidation. The BonBiza Open Black is made from steel, which will naturally rust over time in humid conditions - this is expected and gives it its robust, sturdy appearance.
