The Ignis-V40 is a 40kW external wood-fired hot tub stove built from high-quality, seawater-resistant marine aluminium. Designed for hot tubs up to 6.56 ft (200 cm) in diameter, it sits outside the tub and heats the water via the natural thermosiphon principle — cold water flows in through the lower pipe, heated water returns to the tub through the upper pipe, with no pump or electricity required.
Marine aluminium conducts heat approximately 15× more efficiently than stainless steel, making this stove up to 30% more effective. The 3 mm thick shell is twice the thickness of standard stainless steel units, yet 30% lighter — and aluminium holds its shape over time, where thin stainless steel can warp with prolonged use. Every weld is completed using high-quality MIG technique and individually tested for impermeability before dispatch.
