Every practical feature is built in: a hood that doubles as a basting dome for steaming and even cooking, accessory storage hooks and magnets, and dual folding side shelves so you're never short of prep space.

Use the electronic start ignition to light the main burners, then bring each of the 4 zones up to temperature independently depending on what you're cooking. The air fryer and warming drawers run alongside the griddle top, so sides and mains can finish at the same time. Close the hood as a basting dome partway through cooking to steam vegetables or melt cheese evenly.
Clean the griddle top after each use while still warm, and empty the rear grease management tray regularly. Cover the unit when not in use to protect it from the weather.
