Electric models typically need a qualified electrician for final connection. Wood-fired models need a compliant chimney installation. We offer optional installation services on many products — ask our team.

Warranty & Aftercare

Can I use my hot tub or sauna year-round in the UK?
Yes — our products are built for UK weather. Wood-fired and electric heaters both perform well in cold conditions; just follow the manufacturer's winter care guidance.
