Natural volcanic pumice blocks provide genuine insulation and safety, and the whole kit is designed for straightforward DIY assembly — no specialist installer required. Fully load-bearing, it can be built freestanding, raised, or against a wall, and finished with paint of your choice.

Requires a flat, solid foundation — a minimum 100mm thick reinforced concrete base is strongly recommended so the structure doesn't sink or slant over time. Minimum clearance from combustible materials is 75mm. Most UK homes can install under Permitted Development rights without formal planning permission, subject to height, boundary and land-coverage rules — get in touch if you'd like guidance for your specific site.
