🌡️ Temperature Ranges: 10°C to 40°C

The default maximum temperature is 104°F (40°C) for safety and comfort.
These ranges are configurable via the control panel and may be pre-set by the manufacturer.

🔥 Heat Modes

You can select from three modes depending on how frequently you use the spa:

Ready Mode

• Maintains the set water temperature continuously

• Best for frequent or daily use

Rest Mode

• Heats the water only during filter cycles

• Ideal if the spa is used less frequently

Ready-in-Rest Mode

• Temporarily maintains heat like “Ready Mode” for 1 hour after using the jets

• Then reverts back to “Rest Mode”

You can switch between these modes using the control panel.

Pre-Delivery Preparation

🛠️ Ground Preparation

• The swim spa must be placed on a solid, level base — such as concrete, reinforced slabs, or a properly built platform.

• Minimum base size: We recommend preparing a base at least 500mm longer and wider than the spa dimensions.

• The area must be clear of obstructions, with sufficient space for access and servicing.

If you are unsure about the suitability of your base or garden layout, we recommend sending us a photo or site plan before delivery.

⚡ Electrical Requirements

• A qualified electrician must install a dedicated SWA cable supply in advance.

• For most swim spas, a 32 amp supply is required — we’ll confirm the exact requirement based on your model.

• Please leave approximately 10 metres of SWA cable coiled neatly at the isolator switch, near the spa location.

• Our team will complete the final connection to the swim spa on the day of installation.

You can select HIAB delivery at checkout (suitable for lifts up to 14 metres).
Once your order is placed, we’ll request access photos to review the route and confirm suitability for delivery and installation.

🔌 Final Connection & Handover Included

Included in HIAB delivery is the final connection of your swim spa on-site.
Our technician will also guide you through how to use your spa and answer any questions you have during the visit.
