Shipping and Return Policy
Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Return Deductions
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for returning items to our depot.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- The refund amount will exclude the 35% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report any damaged or defective items to Customer Services immediately.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
