Delivery
These beautiful saunas are delivered fully assembled, either on a flatbed or curtain-side vehicle depending on the offload requirements specific to the customer's location.
Sauna offloading and lifting is an additional and chargeable service that is NOT included in the advertised price. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a suitable base installed prior to delivery. The base should be level-flat and approved for the sauna weight load when in use. If choosing the electric stove option, you will need to have 3-phase power in place, please consult a fully qualified electrician to complete this work for you.
Sauna production lead times can vary between 6 to 12 weeks.
