🚚 Delivery Information

At The Warm Living, we aim to make delivery of your garden buildings, saunas, hot tubs, and outdoor structures as smooth and transparent as possible.

🆓 Free Delivery (Zone 1 Only)

We offer free delivery (worth approx. £300) on all qualifying orders including:

  • Log cabins
  • Summer houses
  • Saunas
  • Shepherd huts
  • Hot tubs
  • Gazebos

👉 Free delivery applies only to Zone 1 (UK mainland areas shown on our delivery map).

📍 Delivery Zone Charges

If your address is outside Zone 1, the following delivery charges apply:

  • Zone 2: £80
  • Zone 3: £98
  • Zone 4: £138
  • Zone 5: £238
  • London (selected areas): £60

Final delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

🏗️ Safe Kerbside Delivery Included

All large products are delivered using professional specialist transport.

  • Delivered via 18-metre articulated lorry
  • Includes Moffett forklift unloading system
  • Your order is placed safely at kerbside or driveway
  • You do NOT need to unload anything yourself

👉 Our trained delivery teams handle all heavy lifting safely for you.

⚠️ Delivery Access Requirements

For safe unloading, please ensure:

  • Minimum 4m gate width (if accessing driveway)
  • Flat, solid surface (no rough ground or soft terrain)
  • No low trees, cables, or height restrictions

If access is not suitable, kerbside delivery will be used.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 weeks
  • You can select a preferred delivery window of 1–6 weeks when ordering

If you need storage:

  • 1st week: Free holding
  • 2nd & 3rd week: £36 per week
  • Maximum holding period: 3 weeks

Orders not taken within this period may be cancelled.

🏠 How Delivery Works

  • You will be contacted before delivery (usually Thursday/Friday)
  • Delivery is scheduled for the following week
  • You will receive a morning or afternoon time estimate
  • Routes are planned for efficiency across multiple deliveries

👉 If the date does not suit you, we can reschedule for one week.

We use experienced UK logistics specialists with over 50 years of experience in heavy goods delivery. All deliveries are handled professionally and safely.

  • Delivery is available to UK mainland only
  • We can deliver to a port if international onward shipping is required

🪵 Smaller Items (Timber & Accessories)

  • In-stock items: 3–5 working days
  • Non-stock items: 14–21 days
  • Delivery charges vary depending on product and location
  • Click & Collect available from Norfolk depot (Brooke)

🇬🇧 Scotland Deliveries

Some Scottish deliveries may require schedule adjustments due to logistics. We will always inform you in advance if this occurs.
